These Terms govern access to HubsteriaCare PRO at https://hubsteriacarepro.com and related services. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.

Authorized use

HubsteriaCare PRO is intended for licensed care facilities, their staff, and authorized partners. You must use the platform only for lawful care operations and in compliance with applicable regulations, including documentation and medication administration requirements.

Accounts and access

• You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and PINs used for clinical actions.
• Role-based permissions must reflect actual job responsibilities.
• Demo accounts are for evaluation only and must not contain real resident PHI.

Customer data

Customers retain ownership of data entered into the platform. We process that data to provide the service, maintain security, and generate operational reports as configured by the customer.

Availability and changes

We may update features, pricing, and these Terms with reasonable notice where required. Scheduled maintenance and release updates may temporarily affect availability.

Disclaimer

HubsteriaCare PRO supports clinical workflows but does not replace professional judgment, licensed supervision, or facility policies. Users remain responsible for resident care decisions.
